Join the world of Jaspal by creating your personal account. Simply provide your name and email, and create a password. You can also register effortlessly using your Facebook or Google account. Your Jaspal account is your key to a faster checkout, order tracking, and access to exclusive benefits like gifts card for returns.

How can I change my password or update my personal information?
To update your personal details, simply log into your Jaspal account and navigate to your profile settings. If you've forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page, and we will guide you through the reset process via email.

What should I do if I'm having trouble using the website?
For an optimal Browse experience, we recommend enabling cookies and JavaScript in your browser. Should you encounter any

Order & Shipping

How can I track my order?
Anticipating your new Jaspal pieces is exciting. You can follow their journey to you in several ways:

  • Visit the "My Orders" section within your Jaspal account.
  • Click the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

What are the shipping times and costs?
We are pleased to offer standard delivery within Thailand for a fee of 60THB. Your order will be thoughtfully processed within 48 hours of confirmation and dispatched on a business day to arrive at your doorstep promptly.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Jaspal proudly shares its style with the world through our international shipping partner, DHL. Please be advised that at this time, items shipped internationally are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
For our international clientele, please note that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately sent for processing to ensure a swift delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been placed. Should you have a change of heart upon delivery, our domestic return policy is available to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. For orders within Thailand, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. We ask that items be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and perfumes must be in their original, unopened packaging, while products or accessories that contact the body directly (such as jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates) cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that items from our "End of Season" sales and purchases made with online credit are considered final.

How do I place a return or exchange?
We've designed a straightforward process for your convenience:

  • Online Returns: Log into your account to begin the process under "My Orders." If you checked out as a guest, simply use your order number and email to access the return form. Once your request is approved, you will have 14 days to post the item back to us.
  • In-Store Exchanges: Feel free to visit any Jaspal store within 14 days. Bring the item along with your Delivery Order (D/O) documents, and our in-store stylists will be delighted to assist you with your exchange.

When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving your returned product, our team will conduct a quality check within 3-5 working days. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days in the form of a gift card. This gift card is valid for 30 days and will be automatically linked to your Jaspal account or email address used to place your order. Credit and debit card payments will be processed within 45 working days, subject to the terms and conditions of your bank from which you placed your order.

Can I return or exchange sale items?
Items purchased during our "End of Season" sales are final and not eligible for return. Items bought during other promotional periods may be returned for gift card, subject to our policy.

What should I do if my item arrives defective or damaged?
We hold our garments to the highest quality standards. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Relations Department immediately at customerservice@jaspal.co.th. Providing a photo of the item and your receipt will help us resolve the matter swiftly.
