How do I make a return?

We have two convenient options for making a return. Choose the one that is best for you!

 

1) Online Returns:

  • Log in to your account and click on My Order.
  • Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ button. 
  • Fill in the online form and provide us with your reasons for returning the item(s). Then click ‘Submit’.
  • Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your details and address before our courier arranges to pick-up your returned item(s).

 

2) Returns by Post:

To make a return by post, you can contact our customer service team by email at customerservice@jaspal.co.th or by phone at (+66) 2-118-2000. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30 am - 5:30 pm (GMT+7).

Once you receive a confirmation from our team, you can return your products via post or other delivery services to the address below:

Our team will send you a confirmation email when they have received your returned items.

 

3) International Returns:

We are unable to process international returns directly through our website. However, if you would like to make a return or believe an item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at customerservice@jaspal.co.th and we will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

If you believe an item is damaged when you receive it, please note the following:

 

  • Refunds for damaged items will be credited back to the original form of payment as detailed in our Returns Policy.
  • You will be given store credit for shipping expenses incurred for the return of damaged items up to 800 Baht. Please attach the original mailing receipt when claiming your refund.
  • Only items confirmed to be damaged before use are eligible for refunds or mailing reimbursements.
  • Any shipping fees above 800 Baht or any import taxes incurred for the return of damaged items will be at the expense of the customer.

 

Special Notes:

  • Promotional items, discounted items or items purchased during the Mid-Season, End of Season or other sales cannot be returned.
  • You must receive your merchandise before requesting an exchange, return or refund.
  • We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition as detailed above, or those items received after the allotted return period.
